What kind of thickness tolerances can you hold?
Depending on material and finish thickness, as tight as plus or minus 0.001”
What kind of flatness tolerances can you hold?
Again, depending on the material, as flat as 0.005”. In some cases with stable materials we can achieve better flatness.
How thin of a finish thickness can you achieve?
We try not to go below 0.040” of a finish thickness.
What is the capacity of your largest machine?
Our largest machine has the capability of swinging parts as large as 100” measured diagonally, as well as 42” tall.
What type of material do you grind?
Any type of ferrous and non ferrous metals. (i.e. Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Cast Iron etc.) As well as any of the super high temp alloys. Anything other than Magnesium, Lead, and Ceramics.
